He and his brothers managed artists who worked in his father’s club.
Later in 1967, they established Spring Records. Some of the best hit songs from this record label are Fatbacks 1979 King Tim 3, Do the bus stop, Joe Simon’s Drowning in the sea of love, and many more. They signed up famous stars such as Joe Simon and Millie Jackson.
